Dana KazazGentle sleep guidance

Sleep consulting for babies & children

Your family can sleep through the night, too

Personal, gentle guidance with the "Good Night" method — a process tailored to your child and your values, bringing calm, uninterrupted sleep back to the whole house.

Sound familiar?

  • Waking up again and again — no one remembers the last full night
  • Falling asleep only while nursing, rocking, or being held
  • Bedtime battles that exhaust everyone
  • Fatigue that wears down your patience, relationship, and work

It doesn't have to be this way — and it can change gently.

The "Good Night" method — healthy sleep, the gentle way

I work with Ganit Prag's "Good Night" method — a gradual, sensitive approach to building healthy sleep habits that respects your child's emotional needs and your family's values.

Your child is never left to cry alone. You stay by their side at every step.

Fully personalized

Gradual & safe

Small, consistent changes that lead to stable, lasting results.

Frequently asked questions

From what age can we start?

A full sleep process usually fits from 5–6 months up to age 4. For younger babies, I offer guidance on healthy sleep foundations.

Will my child be left to cry alone?

No. The "Good Night" method is gentle and gradual — you stay next to your child and support them at every step.

How long until we see results?

Most families see significant improvement within the first week. The full process usually takes about two weeks.

How is the guidance delivered?

The process is remote — an assessment meeting, a written plan, and daily WhatsApp support, from anywhere in the world.
